Return & Store Credit Policy

At Edge Collective, we stand behind our products and want you to love your purchase. Because many of our items are made-to-order, we do not offer traditional refunds. Instead, we offer store credit for eligible returns.


Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Digital products (including downloadable guides, courses, or files)
  • Gift cards
  • Any items marked final sale
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at EdgeSalonGB@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please:

  1. Return your item for store credit
  2. Use your credit to place a new order
